Our Mission

Close the auditability gap in regulated industries. We believe organizations should be able to prove—cryptographically—that their operational records are authentic and unmodified.

Our Approach

We build infrastructure that assumes distrust. Systems that can be verified independently. Evidence that stands up to scrutiny without requiring trust in the organization that produced it.

Why We Exist

New European regulations—DORA, NIS2, MiCA, the AI Act—are changing what "compliance" means. It's no longer enough to have policies that prohibit tampering. Organizations must implement technical controls that prevent it.

We saw this gap firsthand. Organizations with sophisticated security programs couldn't answer a simple question: "Prove this log hasn't been modified."

Traditional logging systems were designed for debugging, not evidence. SIEMs aggregate data but don't prove integrity. Blockchain anchoring is slow and expensive. WORM storage prevents modification but not selective omission.

We built Spine to fill this gap: forensic-grade audit trails that can be verified independently, without trusting the system that created them.

Current Status

Eul Bite is currently operating in pre-incorporation phase. We are working with early design partners to refine Spine before formal company establishment.

This is intentional. We believe in building with customers, not for them. Our early partners help shape the product to meet real compliance requirements.
